Before/After Home Staging Greencastle, PA

Let me share with you one of my favorite houses that I was able to stage. This investor had me come in before the demo. This house was a MESS! Many cats must have lived in it because there was traces of cat everywhere! This home went under contract with multiple offers in less than 10 hours on the market!

A few months ago I was able to be on Mike Fitzgerald "Mikes Real Estate Maddness" show on our local news channel at HMTV6. Herald-Mail news channel One of the crew members called me after that a few weeks ago and had me do a staging segment at one of the houses I staged for Gideon Properties at 1340 Salem in Hagerstown. I will post that when its available. It was a very cool 1st experience for me and while its only a local channel it was still very cool!
